How to choose the flexible neon led tape that suits your needs
There are 3 types of flexible neon whose choice will depend on the type of lighting you want to obtain, especially in terms of the direction of lighting.
Flexible neon lights with front lighting
This type of tape called Top View can only be bent lengthwise, with front lighting.
It can be placed on a rounded surface, for example, around a column or a bar counter, with a face light.
Efficacy (Lumens/W output) and brightness are much better than side-lit neon lights.
Flexible neon lights with side lighting
This type of ribbon called Side View is the most common. It can only be curled lengthwise, but with lighting on the side.
It allows you to form letters for signs, describe shapes and curves, according to your needs.
Efficacy (Lumens/W output) and luminosity are much worse than for front-lit neon lights.
Flexible neon lights with 360° lighting
This type of ribbon, which is more expensive, has the double advantage of providing 360° lighting and being able to bend in all directions (solon models).
The allowed curvature is generally 30 cm in diameter.
This model will marry all surfaces and can describe all the desired shapes, according to your imagination (depending on model).
