This led tape is fitted with special lenses to achieve a Wall washer effect.
It can illuminate a facade or a wall up to a height of 4 meters, thanks to its lighting angle of 30 ° and its power of 1915 Lumens per meter.
The strip is supplied with 24V DC and can be cut every 125 mm.
Waterproof IP67, it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Not suitable for swimming pools, ponds and other places where the strip is submerged.
The banner can be installed:
- - With 3M double-sided tape (interior only)
- - With silicone screw clips (10 per tape)
- - With metal screw fasteners (10 per tape)
- - With screw-on aluminum profiles (5 bars of 1 meter)
- - With profiles + adjustable angle fixings ( Optimal solution recommended ). 5 bars of 1 meter + 10 fixings.
The lighting height depends on the installation distance:
- - 5 cm from the wall for 1.50 meter lighting
- - 10 cm from the wall for lighting over 2 meters
- - 20 cm from the wall for lighting over 3 meters
- - 30 cm from the wall for lighting over 4 meters
Angle adjustable brackets (optional) allow easy adjustment of wall lighting.

Wiring of white ribbon with single color
ribbonsThese headbands, the simplest, only have 2 threads (+ and -).
They can be connected directly to the 12 or 24V power supply. In this case, the wall switch in your home will be used to turn the lighting on and off.
They can be coupled to a dimmer to turn on, off and vary the brightness with a remote control.
With the exception of certain models (specified in the product sheet), LED strips can only have a maximum length of 5 meters.
Beyond this length, there would be a loss of light intensity after the first 5 meters.
To overcome this, it is possible to have several lengths of 5 meters (or less), one after the other, by connecting them in parallel to the power supply or to the controller.
Here is the wiring diagram of several bands with the use of a dimmer. The latter will act on all the ribbons, including those connected after the amplifier.
Precautions to be taken when handling and installing an led tape
The led strips can be bent lengthwise by describing a radius of at least 5 cm.
Under no circumstances can they be folded sideways.
If you have to make 90 ° angles, it is imperative to cut the tape into sections and connect them, either with a suitable angle connector, or better, by soldering flexible cable (flat ribbon) between the 2 sections.
